Deputy Manager (Admin & HR):
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design & implement different administrative & HR policies.
  • To be responsible for the day to day running of the office including supply management, coordinating & liaison maintenance of equipments, vehicles & to ensure janitorial services.
  • Carry out routine general administrative affairs & ensure uninterrupted connectivity of internet, electricity & other services.
  • Produce reports & other management information to keep management update with day-to-day affairs.
  • Dealing with different Govt. departments like (EOBI, SESSI, CDGK, KESC, and PTCL) and other various agencies, offices & managing public relations.
  • To ensure proper security systems.
  • Recruiting & staffing (job postings, conducting interviews & offer employment)
  • Policy development & documentation
  • Compensation & benefits administration
  • Plan, design, function & implement HR policies.
  • Preparations of salary sheets, & supervise daily attendance record.
  • Leave record maintenance
  • Maintenance of personnel record
  • Handling issues of EOBI, SESSI & provident fund
  • Making JD’s & dealing with day to day problems & grievances (conducting exit interviews & dealing with resignations, terminations & matters of clearance)
  • Conducting orientation programs foemployee motivation
  • Design & organize employee training programs (new induction/hiring)
  • Manages the development and implementation of human resource goals and objectives.
  • Provides support and guidance to department managers regarding personnel policies and procedures, training, disciplinary action and other sensitive personnel issues.
  •  Plans, designs, develops employee’s compensation and benefits programs through arranging proper and competitive salary structures.

Essential Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at times.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets can prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with juggling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment 
  • Pro-active, ability to work under own initiative without direction
  • The ability to prioritize and organize own workload in an effective and accurate manner, whilst working within broad guidelines.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Good organizational & people skills and able to pay attention to detail
  • Minimum of three years experience of working experience in the same capacity.
  • The ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills i.e. competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint, Explorer and Excel.
  • Previous experience of using a database, including the production of reports, or the ability to learn these skills
  • Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Qualification Required: The suitable candidate should possess a degree in HRM & be very well versed with labour laws.
Experience Required: At least 3 year post qualification experience is required.  
Required Gender: Either Male or Female within the age bracket of (28-35)
Salary & Other Benefits: Market based salary along with other benefits (EOBI, Provident Fund, Yearly Bonuses, Annual Leave & Medical Facility (for self, spouse & children) will be offered to deserving candidates.
