R&D Manager | Ph. D preferably/ M.Pharm / B.Pharm / MSc Chemistry | 2 to 3 years on managerial position in pharmaceutical industry | · Create a comprehensive project plan for each approved new product on the roadmap. · Support business development activities to promote and grow the business ensuring that the company is recognized as an industry leader in the development and commercialization of drug products. · Work with Operations team to ensure that appropriate processes related to the new product are thought out and documented according to agreed upon time lines and scope of product. · Track and measure new product stability, quality; make adjustments as necessary. · To develop validated testing methods and specifications for raw material and finished products · Review technical information packages for new products and ensure all relevant data is available to enable design and selection of an appropriate formulation. · Ensure pharmaceutical development activities undertaken are in accordance with current regulatory and quality standards and that pharmaceutical development reports generated are suitable for inclusion in regulatory submissions. · Hold people accountable in connection with their JDs. · Within functional area of responsibility select, deploy and develop employees, align all members towards team excellence in order to ensure long term company success with motivated high caliber employees |
