Industrial Relations (IR) / Personnel Manager


A reputed industrial group in Karachi requires the services of Industrial Relations (IR) / Personnel Manager.  Suitable candidates should meet the following criteria:
 ·         Masters Degree Holder (Preferably LLB)
·         Minimum 10 years experience, with 5 years in a Managerial Role
·         Preferred Age 35 -45 years
·         Good knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and IR practices
·         Experience of working in a large industrial setup
·         Strong negotiation & conflict management skills
·         Energetic and hardworking
·         Should be able to work under pressure
·         Should have hands on approach
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
·         Computer literate
